Although our official warranty and returns policy is stated below, we treasure customer satisfaction and have always fully refunded any unsatisfied customer. 

1. Warranty and Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery of your order. However, the following terms and conditions, that are based on manufacturer''s policies, apply to all spoiler returns: • If you decide to return or cancel an order, we must charge a 20% restocking fee from the unpainted price of the spoiler, according to the manufacturer''s policies. Each spoiler is custom painted on per order basis for each individual customer, therefore painting charges are non refundable. • Cancellations within the same day of the order will only be charged a 7% processing fee. • We cannot refund already installed products or products damaged by improper use or installation. All returned parts must be in original brand new condition, including original packaging and parts. • PAINTING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE due to the costs incurred while painting. • SHIPPING FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE. BEFORE mailing any product, please contact us by email or phone to discuss an arrangement. We want our clients to be totally satisfied. * IMPORTANT: Be careful to package the spoiler exactly as you received it. If the spoiler is damaged when it arrives at our facility, the shipper is responsible for damages. Make sure to FULLY INSURE the shipment for the amount you paid for it.  2. Shipping


Expect between 3-5 buisness days for your item to be shipped.
Expect 3 weeks for your spoiler to reach destination.

3. Security
All payments for orders placed on our website are processed through PAYPALand completely secure. Once you checkout you will be redirected to a paypal secured page for payment arrangements. We accept Paypal and Credit Card payments.
